Art Slam 2017, a fun evening of food and entertainment that will showcase local artists’ unique art through live and silent auctions, will be at the home of Dr. Charles and Amber Cesare. Celebrate the talent of the Natural State at Alive After Five’s Nature Month. Located on Huntington Avenue, the market offers artisan products, locally handmade and produced fares, food trucks, live music and children’s activities, hosted by the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library.

Gearhead Outfitters’ first annual Project 90 Kids running clinic will be June 22 and 23, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the International Studies Magnet School gym and track. This is a condensed, kid-friendly version of Gearhead’s Project 90 program, designed to introduce children to the sport of running while teaching proper form in order to reduce the risk of injury. St. Bernards will host its 28th annual Triple Swing Dinner and Dance, a casual dinner and dance for approximately 400 guests at the St. Bernards Auditorium. Entertainment by the Soul Shockers. Purchase of ticket includes eligibility to win prizes and trips given away during the evening. Silent and live auctions with mobile bidding will also be available. Monday, June 26- Wednesday, June 28
The St. Bernards Triple Swing Golf Classic will take place at its new location, the Jonesboro Country Club. The tournament features a four-player scramble format with participants’ choice of either morning or afternoon flight. Tournament includes greens and cart fees, tee gift, commemorative team photo, breakfast, a luncheon and on-course refreshments and snacks. Prizes for first, second and third-place foursomes in both morning and afternoon golf groups and hole-in-one contest. All players are eligible for the Golf Ball Drop.
