Katie Milum No Casual Affair
Katie Milum is an Arkansas State University graduate with a bachelor of fine arts degree in studio art. Inspired by study abroad in Italy, Milum’s current work uses black and white with a tint of color to invoke a feeling reminiscent of old photographs.
