Autumn always seems to infuse Jonesboro with vibrant energy. Football games, school carnivals and shopping are great ways to get out and enjoy the cooler air. This fall, people browsing the busy streets of the city will find four new Jonesboro retailers that offer some exciting new products and services to enhance work and home.

Jonesboro Restaurant Equipment, 3113 E. Nettleton, 870-932-1006. This great new store caters to commercial businesses, but what many people don’t know is that they have a large number of products useful to the general public. For example, numerous fall festivals take place in October, so event planners will find items perfect for hosting these kinds of gatherings. In addition, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s are around the corner and Jonesboro Restaurant Equipment is the perfect place to get supplies for holiday happenings. The store carries 40-cup to 100-cup coffee pots, industrial fryers, table top fryers for the home, popcorn machines, nacho machines, supplies for making snow cones and cotton candy, utensils, barware, dishes and more. Store manager, Doug Hauger says special orders are always welcome and promises speedy delivery.
Jonesboro Restaurant Equipment also carries many pieces to outfit gourmet home kitchens. Some of their most popular cooking merchandise is heavy duty cookware and commercial ovens that have been specially insulated for residential use. Discounts are offered for larger orders and delivery is available. Mon.-Fri. 9 am. to 5 p.m. and Sat. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
DOWNTOWN
All About Scrubs, 218 Union Street., Suite A. 870-275-7441. All About Scrubs opened the Jonesboro store Sept. 22. Owners Tony and Gail Vinson bring two years of professional service from their former Branson, Mo., store to the Northeast Arkansas area.
