The Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Jonesboro Alliance (DJA) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony July 10 to unveil the newest mural in Downtown Jonesboro. Painted by muralist Cody Crittenden, the mural is located on the side of the McDaniel Law Firm building at the corner of Monroe and Main Street. DJA Executive Director Sarah Doss praised Crittenden’s work and noted that each letter of the word “Jonesboro” in the mural reflects an integral part of the community including healthcare, athletics, manufacturing, first responders/legal system, Downtown Jonesboro, agriculture, nonprofit organizations, education and the arts.
