Denim and Diamonds Red Dress Gala was held Feb. 21 at Centennial Hall on the A-State campus. Presented by Community Health Education Foundation, Dr. Carlitta Moore served as the chairman for this year’s gala. CHEF volunteer David Daniel served as emcee for the gala, with Layne Phillips of Paragould serving as auctioneer. Honorees recognized during the program included Dr. Jane Sneed, Health Advocate Award; Rev. Dr. Charles Coleman, Ed Way Community Support and Philanthropy Award; Pat Wolover, Red Dress Ambassador; Greenway Equipment, Corporate Community Service & Support Award (Over 50 employees); and Gina’s Place, Corporate Community Service & Support Award (Under 50 Employees). Guests enjoyed dinner, live and silent auctions and dancing to the music of Everyday Life.
