The Foundation of Arts presented “Noises Off,” a comedy described as “the funniest farce ever written,” April 5-7 at The Forum Theatre in Downtown Jonesboro. Written by Michael Frayn, the play follows a troupe of actors rehearsing a flop called “Nothing’s On.”
